Do you know the story of the flee … how he lives on a dog and has no idea of what a dog is!  He is too close to this dog for any chance of having a true perspective of this life source partnership!

Company culture to the organisation head (Director, CEO, General Manager) can be a little like that flee.  Too up close and engrained in the fur to really know what the landscape actually is.
